Kawartha County Fair 2024 – Attitudes about school farm programs clearly are changing. You go to the county fair, you see the pigs and cows and goats in their pens, you see the kids caring for them, you uncomfortably . I am a resident of Herndon and I believe that the County Fair (Celebrate Fairfax,) as well as Herndon Fair should return. I have been to a few and I was looking forward to the one in 2023. .
